These conditions govern this site and the sale of goods through it.

  2. Orders

    Ordering offers to buy. The sale is concluded when High Style Deco emails to say the parcel has gone.

  3. Prices and availability

    If a listing carries an obvious pricing error, or the last one has just sold, we will contact you and return your money.

  4. Delivery

    Delivery terms are set out in the Shipping Policy, which forms part of these terms.

  5. Returns and cancellation

    Your rights to cancel and return are set out in the Cancellation Policy and the Refund and Returns Policy.

  6. Product information

    Listings draw on maker specifications and High Style Deco's own handling. Photography is representative and colour depends on your display.

  7. Acceptable use

    Use the site normally. High Style Deco may decline orders that appear fraudulent and may block attempts to disrupt or scrape the site.

  8. Intellectual property

    Words, layout and images here are ours or licensed. They are not available for reuse.

  9. Liability

    We answer for what we sell and how we describe it, not for use that ignores the manufacturer's guidance.

  10. Governing law

    Any dispute is governed by New York State law.
