Cancelling an order

Until the parcel leaves the building, cancelling costs nothing. Afterwards the return process applies.

The timeline

Before packing

Cancel free of charge. Nothing has left the stockroom.

Being packed

Call +1 212-647-0035 — we can often still stop it at the bench.

After despatch

The order cannot be cancelled; use the returns process instead.

Refund issued

The full order value is returned to the original payment method, typically within five to seven business days.

How to cancel

Use +1 212-647-0035 during Mon–Fri: 11:00 AM–7:00 PM · Sat: 11:00 AM–6:00 PM · Sun: 12:00 PM–5:00 PM if the order is recent. [email protected] is checked every working day.

Cancellations by us

Now and then an order cannot proceed from our side. High Style Deco will tell you exactly why, refund the lot, and will not send something different instead.
