Refund and Returns Policy
A return must be started within 30 days of delivery.
How to return something
Quote your order number to [email protected] and name the item.
You will get the return address and a short checklist.
Reuse the original packaging wherever you can.
The money goes back the way it came, normally within five to seven business days of the return being checked in.
Condition
Unused, in the original box, with seals unbroken — that is the condition we can accept.
Products that come into contact with skin or the mouth are non-returnable once unsealed.
Who pays for the return
Change-of-mind returns are sent back at your expense; anything wrong with the order is at ours.

Warranty
Warranty cover, when a product has it, comes from the manufacturer and is exercised with them. The undertaking from High Style Deco is narrower and clearer: correct goods, correctly described, in working order.
